Our Privacy Policy

For the first 30 days I say for any reason you do not like your purchase, RETURN It!  Yup I will even refund your shipping cost. Its that simple.

  1. If its Broke (I can honestly say this has never happened) Return It.
  2. If you don’t like the color,  Return It!
  3. If you think its to heavy, Return It!
  4. If significant other is mad at you for spending the money, Return It!
  5. If you bought it as a gift and they want to re-gift it, Return It.

Here at Qbuddy we understand that human happens. Just contact us and we will provide a way for you to return your purchase.

 

 

Privacy Policy is also as simple as our return policy.

  1. We DO NOT SELL your information to any one, Period. We feel that is underhanded and sneaky and will never do this. You are our customers and we like it that way.
  2. We use PayPal for our credit card processing and your purchase will show up as purchased from TroyIAM. This would be our main company that does all the handling of the books. We are a US based company and our Products are American made.
  3. Please do not purchase from us with a stolen credit card as we will turn you in our selves for such a underhanded thing. People work hard for their money and even being its insured we will Not TOLERATE Theft.
